:: Our Goals

Our Goals at present are to raise financial and in-kind support for the orphans in schools and foster homes/family care in Tororo

and for the Children’s Center in Iganga-Uganda, whom we have taken care of in the initial stage of our ministry. We are also currently seeking financial support for setting up the Computer Skills and ICT Training Program in Kampala.

In the meantime, we purpose to complete the building project at Makandwa Children’s Center,

and continue assessing needs of orphaned children in Iganga district. At the same time, we purpose to continue

HIV/AIDS awareness/counselling, care and support ministry, providing Christian solutions. 

OCA works with local communities to implement projects, as well as with local

Churches to provide spiritual teaching for Children.

In the next 2 years, we purpose to increase the number of children in foster homes/family care, set up New Hope Children's Center in Iganga to cater for the educational and housing needs of homeless orphans and needy children in Iganga.

In the next 3-5 years, we purpose to continue securing financial and in-kid support for the current orphans, secure funding to expand Makandwa Children Center to accommodate additional children, secure sponsorships for additional children and establish

New Life Children's Center in Northern Uganda to cater for the needs of orphans and war-affected children who have no foster homes.
